I left my RV in Whitehorse and took a day trip in my car to Skagway. This is a recreated gold rush town originated in the late 1890's during the Klondike fever period. Just the drive there made the trip worthwhile. |

| My favorite sight on the way there was Emerald Lake. The color of this lake was amazing. | |||

| I just loved how the ice made this pattern across yet another beautiful lake. | |||

The
roads were deserted enough to allow me to drive very slowly and
even stop to take pictures when there weren't pull-offs to capture
the beauty I was witnessing.

|
I
never got tired of the differing views of the majestic mountains
and sparkling lakes.
